Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at www.springfieldohioconcretecompany.com (the "Site") or by requesting services from Springfield Concrete Company ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Site or our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Springfield Concrete Company provides concrete contracting services including, but not limited to, driveway installation and replacement, patio construction, sidewalk construction, foundation work, stamped and decorative concrete, retaining walls, garage floors, pool decks, steps, concrete cutting, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Springfield, Ohio and surrounding areas.
Information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of service availability. Actual services are governed by a written estimate and agreement between Springfield Concrete Company and the customer.
Any estimate provided by Springfield Concrete Company - whether verbal, written, or submitted through the Site - is an approximation based on information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Estimates may be subject to change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed or represented during the estimate visit, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate date and the start of work. We will communicate any material changes to you before proceeding.
Written estimates are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew and material availability, weather conditions, and permit timelines. We will provide you with a projected start date before work begins. Start dates may shift due to weather, permitting delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will notify you promptly of any significant scheduling changes.
Concrete work is weather-dependent. Pours may be rescheduled if temperatures fall below safe working conditions, as defined by industry standards. We make every effort to minimize delays and will work with you to reschedule promptly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled project, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered, permits have been pulled, or the crew has been scheduled and committed to your project. Any applicable cancellation fee will be specified in your written agreement.
Payment terms are specified in the written agreement for each project. Typical arrangements include a deposit at the time of contract signing, with the remainder due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Accounts not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in the written agreement.Springfield Concrete Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate work on a project where payment obligations have not been met.
We stand behind our work and will address legitimate workmanship defects that arise from the work we performed. Specific warranty terms, including duration and scope, are provided in the written project agreement.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by conditions outside our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather events, flooding, customer misuse or failure to follow care instructions, damage caused by vehicles or equipment not accounted for in the original scope, natural settling due to soil conditions not disclosed at the time of the estimate, or damage occurring after the warranty period.
Concrete is a natural material and minor hairline cracking is normal and expected over time. Normal concrete behavior - including minor surface variations, color differences between pours, and hairline cracks at control joints - does not constitute a workmanship defect.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Springfield Concrete Company and its employees, subcontractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Site or the performance of services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to services provided under a specific project agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that the project site is accessible and that the area is cleared of personal property, vehicles, and obstructions before work begins. You are also responsible for notifying us of any known underground utilities, property lines, easements, or site conditions that may affect the project. Failure to disclose known conditions may affect your warranty coverage.
Ohio law requires that underground utilities be marked before excavation. While we routinely call 811 (Ohio Utility Protection Service) before any digging, you are responsible for ensuring private utilities not covered by 811 (such as invisible fence systems or private irrigation lines) are located and marked prior to our arrival.

In the event of a dispute arising from or related to services provided by Springfield Concrete Company, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us first at estimates@springfieldohioconcretecompany.com or by calling (937) 629-8031. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any concerns promptly.
If informal resolution is not successful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Ohio, as agreed upon in writing by both parties.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Site or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
